Mom: "No. He's in the other room."
Me: "Then he doesn't care about me."
Mom: "He doesn't care about John Mayer."
Me: "Neither do you, but you are watching it because I care about him and you care about what I like."
and just a note... I know my Dad cares about me. I was kidding around.
