more on Prison Break

He's called T-Bag because his name is Theodore Bagwell.

Now, about the conspiracy... much is known about it, but it was all last season.
It's about a group called The Company. They are a secret group known only by those who work for them. They have major influence and power over many in the government and on up to the White House, controlling every decision the country makes. They basically owned Caroline Reynolds, the former vice president (and now president). The Company held control over the government's sway on an energy bill. After Reynolds lost the President's confidence and the support for a key energy bill, The Company dumped her as one of their associates. Then suddenly, the president dies (or is killed by drinking poisoned bottled water) and she becomes president. Caroline is on the outs with The Company now that she is president. We are not sure yet if The Company had anything to do with the death of the president or if it was all the vice president's doing.
So were does Lincoln fit in to all this? Well, The Company began some illegal dealings through Terrence Steadman's (the then vice president's brother) company, Ecofield. Someone in The Company leaked information about Ecofield into the public and then disappeared. That someone was Lincoln and Michael's father. They thought that their father left them because he was a drunk. So in order to bring him out into the open, The Company used Caroline Reynolds' power as the Vice President to frame and convict his son, Lincoln Burrows of Terrence Steadman's murder. Problem is, Terrence Steadman is still alive. The body that was found in his car was not him. The Company sent Terrence off to live in that huge house in Montana. That is where (in the first episode this season) Veronica went and Terrence is the guy she found there. It was The Company that came to the house and killed Veronica. And The Company's goal of bringing out Link & Michael's father worked, a little. He managed to slip some information to the judge that resulted in Link's stay of execution. The father also found and helped Link after the van accident he was in last season. He told Lincoln the whole story about why he left and why The Company is framing Lincoln. We heard most of it, but not all. Link was captured again after the accident and the father disappeared.

Ask more. I will answer. I love too.

So The Company is like a more benevolent version of Haliburton then?

Thanks for the rundown. I never would have picked up most of that from watching this season. I really like the ambiguity of the heroes, from what I've seen at least. Michael and Lincoln are the good guys... except they're not over-the-top good. Same with their dad, maybe.
