Last night was my friend Carrie's birthday party. It was at one of her other friend's houses. See, she made lots of friends in college that I don't know. She went up north to NAU and I stayed here. The funny thing is, many of the people she made friends with also went to our high school. But we were not friends with them, really, in high school. So she has this whole other group of friends and I am on the fringe of that group. It was nice to see them, but strange to hang out with them. We only stayed for a couple hours, but we got to enjoy celebrating with Carrie!btw: the photo is funky, because I was far away from the action and didn't plan well enough!
