9:15pm - Looks like Slumdog Millionaire is the dark horse in the Oscars. But then again, the Golden Globes are much more contemporary than the Oscars. So at least this movie is getting its due here. Remind me that I really need to see this movie.

9:18pm - Lots of white dresses tonight. Sandra Bullock... looks like a wedding cake. But she is wearing a turquoise ring...that's purty.
